Fitbit MCP Local

Personal use · Read-only health access

Your health data,
in your own workflow.

Fitbit MCP Local is a privately operated connector that lets its account owner ask an authorized AI assistant about their health and fitness data. It uses Google's authorization process and the Google Health API.

This website explains the connector. It does not display health records, accept sign-ins, or grant access to the private service.

What the connector does

With the account owner's permission, the connector can retrieve activity, sleep, heart-rate, physiological measurements, body measurements, nutrition, profile, and device information when available. It provides summaries and trends through compatible AI clients.

How access works

The owner signs in directly with Google and chooses whether to grant the requested read-only permissions. Authorization credentials are stored on the owner's private server. An authenticated connection delivers requested results to the AI client the owner chooses.

Fitbit MCP Local accesses Google health and fitness data to provide personal summaries and answer the owner's questions. Requested information is processed by the private connector and may be shared with the chosen AI service through the connection. See the privacy policy for storage, sharing, and deletion details.

Personal wellness context

The connector is for personal information and wellness tracking. It is not a medical device or a service for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decisions. This independently operated project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Fitbit.

Use is governed by the terms of use. The connector is not offered for public registration.
